What You’ll Do:
- Manage patient calls: Handle urgent and non-urgent cases with professionalism and empathy.
- Use NHS Pathways software: Accurately assess patient conditions and guide them to the right care — from self-care advice to urgent GP or emergency services.
- Provide clear advice: Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and ensure patients understand next steps.
Training & Support:
- Fully paid 6-week training program covering all aspects of the role.
- 4 weeks: 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday
- 2 weeks: Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts (to be scheduled)
- Continuous support once you start taking calls.
